MCN ‘Lavender days’

This MCN ‘Lavender days’ is hand-dyed in my home studio deep in the countryside near Angouleme, France. Hand-dyed in a variegated style, each skein is a subtle mix of lavender tones with a few speckles of purple-toned blue. This MCN ‘Lavender days’ is a blend of 80% Merino, 10% Cashmere and 10% - a plump, smooth, ultra soft yarn. Of course, it knits up beautifully for super-soft larger garments and for shawls and cowls because of the merino wool and cashmere.
I hand-dye most of my colourways in unique, one-of-a-kind batches. Even my repeatable colourways are hand-dyed in small batches of 5 skeins because of my fastidious quality control methods. I put only one batch into the shop at a time, so please make sure you buy enough yarn to complete your intended project.

This MCN ‘Lavender days’, like all of my Super-wash Merino wool is from a mill that sources mulesing-free fleeces from Argentina, Uruguay and Europe. It’s sourced from farms of varying sizes, including small farms. My Cashmere is a fibre from Kashmir goats in Mongolia and China.

Your Happiness is a Priority for Me

I prioritise the quality of my hand-dyeing dyeing process, check carefully for tangles, take care that the photographs you see are representative of the real product, and think about what I, as an avid knitter, would like to receive after placing an order with a small business.
